Premila Peters joins King Street Center Board of Directors

At the June 2019 meeting of King Street Center’s Board of Directors, Premila Peters was elected to start a 3-year term. “We are thrilled,” says Vicky Smith, Executive Director. “It’s a privilege to have Premila’s voice at the table and we are grateful she is willing to extend her commitment to King Street Center to be both a mentor and also to share her expertise, curiosity, and vision with the entire organization.”

“I have been Halima’s mentor for over 5 years through King Street Center; I have witnessed first-hand the positive impact KSC has on the community and youth in particular,” says Peters. “Extending my relationship with KSC through Board participation is an honor and I hope to contribute my experiences as a leader, mentor, and immigrant to continue to grow King Street Center.” Premila is President of Data Innovations, LLC, responsible for the day-to-day running of Data Innovations globally as well as leading the development and execution of the company’s near-term goals and long-term strategy.
