King Street maintains a strong commitment to area colleges to provide experiential and professional learning opportunities for students interested in the fields of early childhood education, social work, psychology, human development, and elementary education. While our internships are unpaid, interns often receive college credit or use toward a class experience (upon agreement with educational institution.) Unpaid internships are also available to students or young professionals seeking to enhance and deepen their work experience. (Typically 6-15 hours per week.) Applicants must be a minimum of 17 years old.

Internships Available:

** Thank you very much for your interest in King Street Center’s Internships. Due to Governor Scott’s stay-at-home orders, we have been closed since early March and at this point are unsure of when we will reopen for our families and community. If we are able to open for summer/fall programming and have internship positions available at that time, we will reach out to let you know. Thanks again and best wishes for a healthy spring. **
