Established in 2011, the Jake Agna Award is presented annually to a youth who exhibits a high level of leadership, curiosity, humor, teamwork and respect for self and others.
This year’s recipient is Nayan Rai, a 9th grader at Burlington High School and Teen Program member since 2015. We love that Nayan engages in respectful, authentic conversations with adults, strives to be a good student, and is deeply committed to his family. He’s motivated and driven, working both the King Street Lemonade Stand as well as at Centennial Field this summer. This fall, Nayan was a King Street ambassador by participating in the Flynn Center’s Over the Edge fundraiser.
